I had a few final hoorah’s so I wouldn’t have intense cravings while doing the Whole30. Gluten free french toast was one of those cravings. It’s so yummy that I had to share.
You’ll need gluten free bread (I prefer Udi’s), milk, salt, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and butter.
Put 3 eggs in a bowl.
Add half of a cap full of vanilla, and sprinkle in a little bit of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add 1/4 cup of milk.
Bathe your bread in the mixture. Coat both sides.
Add a little butter to your hot pan and put those babies in.
Make sure both sides are browning nicely.
Serve…or eat.
Wow. after i seen this … I’m hungry hah 😀
Haha…they were pretty scrumptious, I must say! =)
Yum! That looks amazing! I never knew how French toast was made…thank you for sharing
There are a few different ways to make it, but this is how my mommee makes it…with the exception of the gluten free bread. If you get a chance to try it, let me know how it turns out =)
Oh my goodness. This looks ah-mazing!
