Here’s my update for LiveFit…I’m not doing it anymore. I actually have a personal trainer now. I think it’s important to know yourself in terms of habits, likes, dislikes, and it’s important to know your capacity. I’ve realized that I get very bored with routines and I need a lot of change to keep me motivated. The other thing that motivates me is an end goal or competition. Anyway, I have a personal trainer now. She’s very good at what she does, plus it is amazing to not have to think for myself. She tells me what to do, I do it, and we both get the gratification of good results. So, there it is.
