If you want to start eating more organic fruits and veggies but you’re unsure where to begin, this list is a good starting place. The “dirty dozen” is a list of fruits and veggies that is recommended for you to eat organic due to the high level of pesticides. The “clean 15” is a list of fruits and veggies that have the lowest amount therefore making it safer to consume. Of course if you want, you can eat all organic; but some of us just don’t have the funds to do so. If you fall into that category, then this would be a great place to start.
