This recipe has no wheat or dairy.
1 1/2 c Almond Flour/Almond Meal
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbs Raw Honey
5Tbs Coconut Milk
1/2-1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients together. You will also need an oil for cooking. I use Ghee.
Place batter in pan.
Flip when sides start turning brown.
(If you find the outside is browning too fast, just turn the stove down.)
I had mine with Organic Grade B Maple Syrup (Yum).
ETA: You can also add some fruit if you’d like.
